After completing Jasper Tower, ZhongRong Group planed a new development strategy into disparate fields, according to the rule of market development and finding new appropriate place, which has been proved again. August 2005, ZhongRong Group succeeded in the biding for the permanent right of oil production in Wistonvibon oil district, with an area of 150 thousand mu( one mu is equal to 666.7 square meters), in Saskatchewan Province of Canada. According to the investigation by experts at home and abroad, this area is a fine oil district with little risk, because 70 percent of this area is oil area. So it is a stable step for ZhongRong going into energy field. Our earnest but brave inspirit has been applauded by the local government, financial circles and oil trade,winning their agreement, trust and help. We have estab-lished development headquarter at Vancouver, oil exploitation base at Regina of Saskatchewan Province, and a management and expert group consisting of elites in the abroad investment field, high-level manager in North America oil field, famous financial majordomo, experts and engineers with more than ten year's practice in oil probation, exploitation and advanced oil technology. Their join, proving their agreement with our ideality and values, is our precious rich and source, enhancing our confidence and bravery in development abroad. At that place, with the efforts of Chinese and Canadian, the platform for ZhongRong Group going into America continent has been established. Through expert's research and arrangement for one year, we strode the first step to oil production on 26th October.
