On December 16th, 2007 the city of Shanghai and the China overseas federation, the Shanghai overseas support foundation, the Shanghai Expatriate Organization helped sponsor “Ex-Pat Love 2007”and had a welcome party at the International Center’s banquet hall. The President of China Ex-Pat’s Lin Shu Niang is a member on the city’s board and a party member . China expatriates’ vice-president Yang Yuhuan resigned.

      With relatives living abroad, Zhong Rong Group’s President Ni Zhao Xing is an active supporter of China’s expatriates and is fond of the group’s work. By Donating 500,000 RMB to ten of the nation’s famous artists, he hopes to promote the art of painting works as “The Blaze of Color，”so that everybody can appreciate the beauty of such works.

President Ni and Zhong Rong Group are grateful to Chinese society and believes it is important to support such works and to promote charity and fund-raising.Zhong Rong Group hopes to enlist the help of other foundations to improve the quality of life for all.
