About the Contest:
"The welfare of
the Silk Road" Fourth Chinese Foreign InvestmentForum will be held on
January 16, 2017, in Beijing, the Palace of Chang'an NO.1, in this regard, we
especially organize The first competition of thousands of Young Artists
"ZhongRong Chang'an NO.1". The competition is consistent with the
concept of ZhongRong Holdings Group to appreciate art and culture. It is
expected to invest 10 billion yuan in establishing a long-term Cultural
Foundation, whose activities will be aimed at identifying and supporting
outstanding young artists and their works; Competition will be accompanied by a
large-scale exhibition, to be held in ZhongRong museums.
The process of choice of participants and the exhibition:
The first stage - the selection of finalists
Participants must fill
out an electronic application form and send photos of their reproductions by
email: changanyihao@china-zrg.com.
Digital photo
reproductions must be in JPEG format and the size is not bigger than 2 MB (at
least 250 KB);The photo must show whole reproduction, but not part of it. It is
also necessary to write the actual size of the reproduction. Filling
application for participants will be available on December 19, 2016, until
January 9, 2017.
The second stage– determination of the winners and exhibition
The first stage of choice
will take place from 20 December 2016 to 10 January 2017, where finalists will
be selected, who will receive immediate notification. After that, the participant
will be required to bring the reproduction, which get into the finale, to the required
address (in Beijing until 10 January 2017), and then takepart in the
exhibition. The period of expert evaluation and picking winners will be held January
16 to January 20, 2017. Jury will not be given the names andinformation about
the authors of reproductions in the evaluation period, the result will be
announcedpublicly, and only after it information about the authors will be
released. Awards presentation and closing ceremony will be held on 26 March
2017. Exhibition will be held from January 10 to April 30, 2017.
Participants: Students of art schools of any country, masters and doctors, young teachers of
art, artists and simple art lovers.
Requirements for reproductions:
1. "The World in my heart"
is the main theme;
2. The works are limited in
performance categories - oil painting or calligraphy and drawing;
3. Reproductions are not limited in
size, but are limited in the amount - each participant can submit for the
competition not more than 2 reproductions;
4. The participant must give a
written letter of guarantee (Letter of commitment), confirming the originality
of reproduction, the right of ownership and copyright for any reproduction
(Ownership and copyright). If the reproduction will be included in the list of
the finalists, the contestant must transport reproduction at the place of the competition;
Beijing ZhongRong DingliInternational Art Exhibition Co., Ltd is not
responsible for possible damage caused by transportation or a loss. If the drawing
takes the first, second or third place in this competition, before the show ZhongRong
Holding Group will sign an agreement with a competitor copyright acquisition of
property rights of reproduction and other rights, except the right signature.
1. All the reproductions of the
finalists will be exhibited in a museum ZhongRong Holding Group during the Fourth
Chinese Foreign InvestmentForum "Thewelfare of the Silk Road" in 2017
year;
2. Awarding of winners will take
place as follows: 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place and finalist 1st place - 300
000 yuan/person, 2nd place - 100 000 yuan/person, place 3 - 30 000 yuan/person,
the other finalists will receive consolation prizes;
3. The contestants, who will take 1,
2, 3 places will sign up a development program of thousands of young artists
Chang'an NO.1. Zhongrong Group undertakes to organize promotion of artists, who
signed a program, in China and abroad, cooperation with international artists and
etc. During the period of the signed agreement financial
support will be allocated in the form of 50 000 yuan per year to each
participant. According to the agreed by both sides about the cost each year it
is necessary to sell ZhongRong Group 3 standard reproduction, which will be
exhibited in a museum Zhongrong.
