KSKW is an investment company registered in Cambodia, wholly owned by Ni Zhaoxing, President of Zhongrong Group. In October 2007, KSKW signed an agreement with the Cambodian government. KSKW was granted a 99-year lease for the development of Takiev Island which covers an area of over 7 km².
We obtained the development right of 3.1km² land. The famous US designer Mr. Simpson was invited to design the master plan for this project. The project design features the forward concept and grand style, and it is named “Mirages”. With modern technologies, this project can rationally utilize energy to the most extent, will not erode the coastal beach and endanger marine life, and will respect and protect ecological environment of the island to construct a new life pattern.
