Beijing Gems and Jades Culture Expo and Trade Center (in preparation)

Beijing Colored Gem Exchange

		Nature and Business Scope		Main Functions
		The basic function is to establish exchange regulations and trade rules, review and approve members, organize and maintain trade order, regulate and arbitrate trade conflicts between the members. The business scope involves colored stones and finished products, mainly including rubies, sapphires, emeralds and jades, and other businesses.		Led by Beijing Municipal State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision & Administration Office, the custom house, the foreign exchange department and the Industry and Commerce Administration Bureau constitute the governmental department -Beijing Colored Gem Exchange Management Office to manage the industry of colored gems.

		Expert Consultant Team		Supporting Service Agencies
		The members in the expert consultant team are from international and domestic colored gem agencies or influential colored gem companies, jewelry universities and colleges and gem experts. They provide valuable advices for Beijing Colored Gem Exchange and help to promote the exchange development.		The supporting service agencies of the Beijing Colored Gem Exchange consist of the colored gem appraisal center, colored gem education and training base, colored gem exhibition, colored gem culture promotion department, colored gem culture information consultancy centre, public facilities, logistics and transport, banks and logistic management.

Bing Collector Club will be based on two decades of collections of ZhongRong Group and build up strategic cooperation relations with professional institutions like Word Collector Association,The European Fine Arts Foundation,Word Artist Development Association,Allied Artists of America and China Collector Club to jointly boost the development of Beijing Collector Club.

Zhongrong International Collector Club will establish China International Art Trade Center and provide antiques for club members. The trade platform has twelve classes of modern & contemporary arts.		The first summit forum of Zhongrong international collectors and the permanent address— “Zhongrong International Collector Club” will hold the China international collector summit forum in Chang’an No.1 annually.		Zhongrong international collector club project will introduce and provide top service agencies in the collection industry and build an all-rounded service platform.

Zhongrong international collector club will invite a world authoritative appraisal agency to settle in, and provide long-term services as follows: appraisal and classification of artworks, gems and jades. The appraisal agency can ensure the quality of artworks in trade, increase confidence of members and customers, and provide professional training service for members.		Zhongrong international collector club intends to introduce Jubaozhai, China Ancient Arts & Craft International Co., Ltd. and other authoritative artwork appraisal agencies, and hope to cultivate its own artwork appraisers, offer appraisal services of artworks, gems and jades for members for a long time, provide guarantee for club members for their business activities such as financing and rent, increase customer confidence and establish good trade reputation.

In the context of financial globalization, the Beijing Financier Club aims to provide a platform for financial professionals to deliver the latest financial information, understand frontier financial issues, and communicate information with each other, and this can promote exchange of thoughts and ideas and interaction between the professionals.
